Fairlop Waters
Over a six month period Street Space were commissioned by Redbridge Council to deliver creative engagement activities to understand resident, community and organisation aspirations for the future of Fairlop Waters. A large and growing green space it was important for Street Space to understand a range of complex and competing perspectives about the future of the park to inform the development of a masterplanning process. Running throughout the Covid 19 pandemic we were able to use a range of creative online and offline engagement and collaborative design methods to engage with community members from age 5 to 80 and build consensus behind a strong and ambitious vision for the future of Fairlop Waters.
“I’d definitely recommend Street Space. They intelligently understand different community audiences and the drivers behind them. We got such good feedback on this sensitive project. The team are highly professional and great communicators.”
